Join the Find A Creative Mind community and receive exclusive access to a free 30-minute Creative Retreat Taster this Autumn.
Have you been longing to slow down, make time for yourself and reconnect with the curious part of you that's been buried beneath the demands of everyday life, but at the same time you find yourself sayingβ¦βbut Iβm just not that creative.β
I hear this a lot, so I wanted to create an experience that will help you Find A Creative Mind, even if you donβt consider yourself creative.
These three guided sessions will gently introduce you to the Find A Creative Mind approach, combining mindfulness, creativity and reflection to help you experience the benefits of creative thinking for yourself.
The 30 minute taster will include:
-

Ground with Kosara
Begin by slowing down and arriving in the present moment. In this gentle guided practice with Kosara, you'll calm your nervous system, settle your mind and create space for creativity to emerge naturally.
-

Play with Pete
Now it's time to let go of perfection and simply explore. Pete will guide you through a playful creative exercise, encouraging curiosity, experimentation and the freedom to create without judgement or expectation.
-

Reflect with Amy
Creativity doesn't end when you put your materials down. In this final session, Amy will help you reflect on your experience and explore how you can bring more creativity into your everyday life.
As part of the Find A Creative Mind community you'll also enjoy*
Monthly inspiration and reflections on creativity and wellbeing.
Creative exercises you can try at home.
Early access to retreats, workshops and events.
Behind-the-scenes stories from our community.
Exclusive subscriber-only content.
Occasional special offers, including retreat discounts.
(*sorry but Bob Ross is not included, even though heβs one of our greatest inspirations!)

Our retreats are about creating the conditions where creative thinking naturally returns. By stepping away from constant stimulation, expectations and busy schedules, we give ourselves permission to slow down, reconnect with nature, and rediscover a quieter, more intuitive way of thinking.
Do you feel the need to disconnect from external expectations, and connect to something that feels more natural - more like you?
