I've spent over 14 years helping businesses communicate who they are. What I've learnt during that time is that the best creative work never starts with a logo, it starts with understanding.
When I first became a designer, I thought creativity was simply something I was good at. Over the years, I realised it was much more than that. Creativity is a way of thinking, one that thrives on curiosity, reflection and the freedom to explore ideas before rushing to solutions.
As my business grew, I experienced what many creatives do. My days became increasingly filled with deadlines, project management, proposals and the pressure to constantly produce. The more successful my business became, the less space there seemed to be for the type of thinking that had made me a designer in the first place.
Training as a person-centred counsellor has transformed the way I approach creative work. It's deepened my understanding of people, communication and the importance of asking better questions before searching for answers. Today, my work brings together strategy, psychology and design to help purpose-led businesses create brands that are not only beautiful, but thoughtful, authentic and built from a place of genuine clarity.

I see AI as a creative tool, not a replacement for creative thinking. It helps streamline parts of the process, generate ideas and improve efficiency, while the strategy, creative direction and decision-making remain deeply human. I believe the strongest work still comes from curiosity, collaboration and understanding people.

Absolutely. I'm based in Manchester, but work with clients across the UK and internationally. Most projects are delivered remotely through online workshops and regular check-ins, with in-person meetings and brand shoots arranged where appropriate.
