Lithuania creative retreat

Creativity isn't something you do. It's a way of experiencing the world.

5th-12th April 2027
From £1,000 Per Person (*or £100 per month on subscription)

When we think of creativity, we often imagine painting, writing or making something. While those things can certainly be creative, I believe creativity runs much deeper than that. It's the curiosity to explore new ideas, the freedom to think differently, the space to notice what's happening around you, and the confidence to express yourself without judgement.

Our retreats are about creating the conditions where creativity naturally returns. By stepping away from constant stimulation, expectations and busy schedules, we give ourselves permission to slow down, reconnect with nature, and rediscover a quieter, more intuitive way of thinking.

Hi I’m Amy, I’ll be your host on the retreat.

I'm a creative mentor, designer and person-centred counsellor in training, and I've spent over a decade exploring the relationship between creativity, psychology and wellbeing.

Growing up in the 1980s, boredom wasn't something to avoid, it was simply part of everyday life. Looking back, I realise those quiet moments gave me something incredibly valuable. They gave me space to draw, imagine, daydream and see the world through a creative lens. I genuinely believe that without that time, I may never have discovered the creativity that's shaped both my career and my life. Today, we're surrounded by constant stimulation, and while technology has brought us so much, I think we've lost some of the space that allows creativity, reflection and self-understanding to naturally emerge.

That's why I created these retreats.

They're an invitation to step away from the noise for a while, reconnect with yourself, and rediscover what happens when you give your mind permission to slow down. Throughout the retreat, I'll also be offering optional one-to-one Creative Mentoring sessions for anyone who'd like a little extra space to reflect, explore what's coming up, or simply have a supportive conversation during the week.

What to Expect

The Venue

in the Labanoras Forest

We need to take a moment for the breathtaking setting we’re lucky enough to have for our retreat. But the first thing people ask when we tell them where it is, is why Lithuania, and not some other popular retreat destination like Ibiza or Bali?

Put simply, this venue delivered some essential elements for our program. Complete nature immersion, comfortable and stylish rooms, a gorgeous sauna with a lake-side setting to allow for wild swims, cosy fire side areas to enjoy a good book, lots of space for both privacy and group gatherings.

Siaurys is located about 80 km from Vilnius airport (flights around £100-200 from London), and the group will travel to the venue together in a shuttle.

A look at our past retreats

“My (ADHD) mind is always active, and being hyper-vigilant, I tend to notice everything, which can be as overwhelming as it is inspiring. I’m quick to see and feel beauty in the complex connections in the world, and I feel driven to express those insights, but ideas are often fleeting, and getting started is the challenge…

Choosing this retreat was a conscious decision to be in a space without distractions, although I will admit the thought of slowing down makes me nervous, I know it’s needed. ”
